Goblin Girl card can be obtained by finishing the Truth Cookie quest in the first level of 21 Kanterbury St. Give the first cookie to the big Goblin watching someone being bullied and give the second to a Goblin near an Ogre and a human student. After that, near the level’s exit you will find the Goblin Girl and finish the quest.
