Ever since he arrived in the human world, Girgas had no worries aside from finding the Dispel herb. That is, until Valentine's Day, when he encountered an unexpected dilemma. He had received an overwhelming amount of chocolates from Ameris. He was used to Ameris looking after him, but this time, something felt different. Her strangely flushed face, the way her gaze constantly avoided his, even the strange chocolates that didn't suit his tastes. It wasn't like her at all. Seeing her act differently than usual, Girgas came to an absurd conclusion. That Ameris must've been cursed.
On White Day, Girgas was still on the hunt for the Dispel herb when he caught wind of a so-called 'magic candy' and set out to find it.
Girgas was giddy at the thought of finally being able to break the transformation magic. But just as he was about to eat the candy, he hesitated, thinking of Ameris, who was still under a curse. Unable to ignore Ameris after she constantly took care of him, Girgas decided to give up the magic candy and give it to her instead.
Of course, Ameris knew full well that it was just an ordinary piece of candy with no dispel effects, and that this was no White Day gift, but she was still deeply moved that Girgas had thought of her. Meanwhile, as Girgas watched Ameris perk up at the candy, he became convinced that the candy must have some truly powerful effects and slightly regretted not eating it himself.
